I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Together, we will focus on your unique experiences and strengths, empowering you to find clarity, healing, and growth.

As a BACP-registered counsellor, I work in a person-centred way, which means you are at the centre of the process. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering empathy, understanding, and support as you navigate life’s challenges. I have experience supporting adults with a range of issues, including anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and general feelings of being stuck. Together, we will work at your own pace, focusing on your unique needs, values, and goals. My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect, where you feel truly heard and valued.
Questions You Might Have Before Starting

This is a short telephone call for you to meet me and decide if you feel that working with me would be right for you. It enables you to hear my voice, ask any questions and then book for your first session.

All sessions are £50 each

Each session is 50 minutes

This is dependent on how things are feeling for you. Therapy is a very personal journey and sometimes it is difficult to put a timeframe on our work together.

Any session cancelled within 24 hours of the time booked, will be charged at full price. Prior to that, we can reschedule if possible. If I am to cancel a session, I will reschedule for you at the next available time and date.

As my priority is you, other people will not be able to attend your sessions. If requested, I can signpost you to other support for this.

Of course! That is no problem at all. I use Zoom for online clients and will send you the link prior to the session beginning.
