Heard, Understood & Supported

Hi, I’m Charlie - Person Centred therapist working in person in the Cotswolds and online across the UK.

Life can throw so many different challenges our way and there are times when we feel the need to talk to someone to help us navigate these times. I know how difficult it can be to juggle daily life and to feel overwhelmed by expectations and demands. I am here to support you with not feeling alone and to understand that, together, we can start to lighten the load of life.

Starting therapy can feel really scary. The thoughts of sharing things which you may not have shared with anyone else can feel like a huge step to take, but I am here to help you feel safe and valued.
